  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients before starting.
