  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the sautéed beef to your crockpot along with diced onion, sliced carrots, chopped celery, cubed potatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set the crockpot on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until vegetables are tender.
