- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust for heat)
- 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the garlic and ginger.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well blended.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour half of the Dragon Sauce over them. Seal tightly and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade (discard leftover sauce) and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Brush remaining Dragon Sauce on chicken during the last minute of grilling.
- Plate with fresh veggies or rice and drizzle with extra Dragon Sauce.
