Description

Dragon Sauce is a fiery and flavorful condiment that transforms any dish into a culinary masterpiece. Perfect for summer barbecues or weeknight dinners, this versatile sauce combines sweet and spicy elements to elevate grilled meats, stir-fries, and veggies alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust for heat)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by finely chopping the garlic and ginger.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until well blended.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag and pour half of the Dragon Sauce over them. Seal tightly and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade (discard leftover sauce) and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Brush remaining Dragon Sauce on chicken during the last minute of grilling.
  6. Plate with fresh veggies or rice and drizzle with extra Dragon Sauce.
