- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup toasted hazelnuts
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse and pat dry chicken wings.
- In a large bowl, combine harissa paste and olive oil. Toss chicken wings until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While wings bake, pulse hazelnuts, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper in a food processor until coarsely ground.
- Remove wings from the oven and sprinkle generously with hazelnut dukkah while hot. Serve immediately with cooling dips.
