Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions until smooth.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold in sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  3. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
