- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Add sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Stir-fry marinated beef until browned (3-4 minutes), then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if needed and stir-fry broccoli until bright green but still crunchy (about 2 minutes).
- Return beef to the skillet with garlic and ginger. Stir well and add any remaining marinade.
- Pour in leftover marinade; cook for another 2 minutes until thickened. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
