- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp Sriracha sauce (or to taste)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles: Boil water in a large pot, add egg noodles, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- 2. Sauté the vegetables: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- 3. Add garlic and sauce: Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in soy sauce and Sriracha; mix well.
- 4. Combine: Add the cooked noodles back into the skillet with the vegetables and sauce. Toss continuously until evenly coated and heated through.
- 5. Garnish: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy immediately!
