Description

Dragon Noodles are a vibrant and flavorful stir-fried dish that combines chewy egg noodles with colorful vegetables and a spicy sauce.   • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Sriracha sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snap peas)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the noodles: Boil water in a large pot, add egg noodles, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. Sauté the vegetables: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. 3. Add garlic and sauce: Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in soy sauce and Sriracha; mix well.
  4. 4. Combine: Add the cooked noodles back into the skillet with the vegetables and sauce. Toss continuously until evenly coated and heated through.
  5. 5. Garnish: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy immediately!
