- 2 lbs baby back pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs for enhanced tenderness.
- Season both sides of the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar, paprika, and cayenne, rubbing it in well.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and cover tightly with another layer of foil.
- Bake for approximately 2.5 hours or until tender.
- Brush BBQ sauce generously onto both sides of the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
