  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or basil (finely chopped)
  • Your favorite toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into patties about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty.
