- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup assorted bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 soft flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slicing the bell peppers and cucumber.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes).

- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface; place lettuce leaves first, then top with the chicken mixture and veggies. Sprinkle green onions on top.
