  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking and better sauce absorption.
  2. In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rice vinegar. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
