Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the sun-dried tomatoes and cooking the bacon until crispy.
  2. Spread pesto on one slice of sourdough. Layer with mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and bacon. Top with the second slice of bread.
  3. Butter the outside of both slices generously.
