- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and bell peppers until tender. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
