  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and bell peppers until tender. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with reserved cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
