- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions with 1 cup water.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha; adjust spice level to taste.
- Flake cooked salmon and fold into the mayo mixture.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread cooked rice in a greased baking dish.
- Layer salmon mixture over rice, then sprinkle panko breadcrumbs and green onions on top. Drizzle with sesame oil.
