  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, flour, and egg. Mix until just combined.
