  • 2 tbsp harissa paste (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cod into small pieces and gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cod, flour, eggs, spices, and herbs until just mixed.
  3. Form small balls of batter (about two tablespoons each) using a spoon or scoop.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry fritters until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
