- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced (mix of red and green)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp southwest seasoning
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro (optional), chopped
Instructions
