- 4 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, minced
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients by peeling and dicing the potatoes; mince garlic and ginger.
- In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, chickpeas, onion, garlic, ginger, and tikka masala paste. Stir until well coated.
