  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and cleaning shrimp.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Incorporate shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
