  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream melted butter with brown and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture while mixing gently.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and half of the salted caramel sauce. Reserve some caramel for drizzling later.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing. Drizzle with remaining salted caramel before serving.
