- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare your silicone molds by placing them on a flat surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each filled mold.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, gently pull on the molds to release the bites. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
