Description

Peanut Butter Yogurt Bites are a delightful, healthy treat that combines creamy peanut butter and tangy Greek yogurt into frozen morsels. Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
  • Silicone molds

Instructions

  1. Prepare your silicone molds by placing them on a flat surface.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth. Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each filled mold.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, gently pull on the molds to release the bites. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
