  • 2 ripe peaches, diced

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour over dry ingredients and stir gently.
