Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Dipping sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Boil pasta until al dente (7-9 minutes), drain, and cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss cooled pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add grated Parmesan and mix well.
  5. Spread the pasta in a single layer on prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with your choice of dipping sauce.
