- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, retaining some fat in the pan.
- Brown the ground beef in the same skillet until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add marinara sauce and let simmer.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese with half of the Parmesan; season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, bacon bits, ground beef, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
