  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese

Instructions

  5. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice. For a smoother texture, blend half of the soup.
