Instructions

- Add warm milk and melted butter; mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and press it into a greased baking pan; create indentations with your fingers.
- Fill each indentation with dollops of jam and allow to rise again for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C).
