- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Beef Broth
Instructions
- Remove the prime rib roast from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper to form a paste.

- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan and cook for 20 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue roasting until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
