  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 cups milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (chopped, optional)
  • 1/2 cup raisins or cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and shredded carrots until smooth. Mix with dry ingredients until just combined.
