Instructions

  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, place dough onto prepared baking sheets with space in between each cookie.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges turn golden brown. Let cool on racks before glazing.
  7. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth and drizzle over cooled cookies.
