  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice (fresh or from canned pineapple)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions
