  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. If using chocolate chips, gently fold them in now.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs attached.
