  • 200g spaghetti or long noodles
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or sesame oil)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until golden brown.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli to the pan with garlic; cook for 3–4 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
  4. Sprinkle red chili flakes into the pan, then pour in soy sauce, stirring everything together for about one minute.
  5. Toss the cooked noodles into the pan using tongs, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
