  • 2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
