  • 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
  • 8 ripe figs (quartered or sliced)
  • 2 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or substitute with rosemary or basil)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
