- 12 oz cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- Layer half the ravioli over the sauce, followed by dollops of half the ricotta mixture (ricotta mixed with salt, pepper, and basil).
- Repeat with remaining ingredients: marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
