  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  2. Gradually add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture; stir with a wooden spoon until combined to form a shaggy dough.
  3. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Gently punch down the risen dough and stretch it into an even rectangle on a baking sheet. Press dill pickle slices into the top.
