  • 8 oz smoked ham
  • 8 oz pork roast (thinly sliced)
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pickles (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice Cubano bread horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  3. Spread yellow mustard on both sides of the bread.
  4. Layer smoked ham, pork roast, and Swiss cheese inside the bread.
