  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the meat to the crockpot and add black beans, corn, diced bell peppers, and taco seasoning. Stir well to combine.
  3. Layer half the shredded cheese on top and sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over it.
