- 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your crockpot on high.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until blended. Press into the bottom of the crockpot.
- 3. In another bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix with water until smooth.
- 4. Pour half the batter over the crust, followed by half the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Repeat with remaining batter and toppings.
- 5. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- 6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with optional whipped cream.
