- 1/2 cup plain or Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside on a plate.
- In another bowl, whisk together cranberry sauce, soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, and mustard until smooth.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them. Stir gently to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the meatballs are tender.
