  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and dice carrots and celery.
  2. In the crockpot, combine chicken, carrots, peas, celery, cream of chicken soup, butter, and poultry seasoning; stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry to cover the filling.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
