- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Peel and slice the apples into thin wedges; toss with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters; layer half in the bottom of the crockpot followed by half of the spiced apples.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and additional cinnamon until smooth; pour over layered rolls and apples.
- Repeat layering with remaining cinnamon rolls and apples; pour any remaining custard mixture on top.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours until golden brown and fully cooked through.
