  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup roasted unsalted cashews
  • 3 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients to streamline the cooking process.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces; season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until smooth.
