Description

Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that will elevate any gathering.   • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 24 tbsp sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces (approximately 1 inch square).
  3. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each salmon piece in mayonnaise, then roll in the panko mixture.
  5. Place coated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix sriracha sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  7. Drizzle the cooked salmon bites with bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions before serving.
