- 1 cup crème fraîche (240g)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth (240ml)
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (thyme or parsley), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
