  • 8 oz fresh cremini or shiitake mushrooms, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  2. Cook the tagliatelle in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and reserve ½ cup of the pasta water.
