  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/2 cup raisins or chopped nuts for toppings

Instructions
