  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tbsp butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, protein powder, milk, flour, and cinnamon until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
