  • 6 oz sliced turkey breast (deli or leftover)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chipotle sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lime

Instructions
