  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa (chunky preferred)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until about half an inch thick.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  3. Spread salsa evenly over the rolled-out dough, then top with seasoned beef and shredded cheeses.
